Stewf, darlin, your comment thingy is kind of funky in Explorer 5.1 on the Mac. I only get the first blank (for Name). When I tab, the other boxes magically appear (but not the type). #$@&#
I met David Rees on book tour last year. Very nice man. In person, he does a wonderful slide show of some of his earlier, less polished work. Apparently he began GYWO as a commentary on the American Civil War in the 1860s. Interesting work. Primitive, yet you can see the beginnings of his distinctive style.
